Need one more Editor but not a bigger plan? Add-on seats let you grow the paid pool on your current plan, billed per seat per month. Owners buy them from Settings > Billing.
What each plan includes

Viewer seats are not sold as add-ons: to get more viewer seats, upgrade to a plan with a larger pool. See Paid seats vs free viewer seats to check which pool you are short of before you buy.
Buy or remove seats
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- In the Seats card, use the stepper to set your total number of paid seats. The card shows how many are included and the price per extra seat.
- Check the projected monthly cost shown next to the stepper.
- Click Update seats.
Changes take effect immediately and are prorated against your current billing period. You cannot set the total below the seats you are using, or below your plan's included count, whichever is higher; free a seat first by suspending a member or moving them to Viewer.
When to upgrade instead
If you keep adding seats, compare the maths: a higher plan includes more paid seats, more viewer seats, and more features, and may cost less than a stack of add-ons. Your total seat allowance carries across a plan change. See Manage your plan: overview, upgrade & downgrade.
