Your profile page holds the details that belong to you rather than to your company: your display name, your avatar, and how the admin interface looks on your screen.
Update your name
In the Personal Information card, edit the name field. It saves automatically when you click away or press Enter, and only if the value actually changed.
Upload an avatar
In the same card, upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP image up to 10 MB. Your avatar appears wherever your name does across the admin.
Your email address is shown here but cannot be edited on this page. Contact support to change it.
Choose your interface theme
The Appearance card offers three options:

| System | Follows your device's light or dark setting |
| Light | Always light |
| Dark | Always dark |
The change applies instantly and is remembered for your account. It is personal to you and does not affect anyone else on your team.
Your interface theme changes only the HelpBento admin app. Your public help center is styled separately under Branding & Appearance, and readers never see your admin theme.
