Your company name, logo and brand colour are the defaults for everything you publish. Set them once in Settings > General, and every knowledge base and the chat widget pick them up unless a knowledge base sets its own.
Update your company details
- Go to Settings > General.
- Upload a Company Logo. A square image around 256×256 works best. PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG, up to 10 MB.
- Enter your Company Name. This field is required.
- Choose a Brand Colour from the presets or enter a hex value. Click Reset to default to return to the HelpBento default colour.
Each field saves automatically when you click away from it, and a small indicator confirms the save.
What each knowledge base inherits

A knowledge base that never sets its own value keeps following the company setting, so changing the company logo or colour here updates every knowledge base that inherits it. See Customize your knowledge base's appearance for the per-knowledge-base options.
About your company slug
Your company slug is the URL segment set when you create your workspace, and it is not edited on the General page. The URL of each knowledge base is managed from the Knowledge Bases list instead; see Manage your knowledge bases: edit details, visibility & delete.
