HelpBento's analytics are built to give you useful signal without collecting personal information about your readers.
What is tracked
Page views, searches, category views, and article feedback are recorded against an anonymous session identifier. That is enough to compute meaningful stats and to deduplicate repeat views, without identifying who a specific reader is.
What is not tracked
No personally identifying information, such as names or email addresses, is captured in analytics events. This holds even for readers who are logged in elsewhere in the product.
