When you need to know who changed what, and when, open Settings > Activity Logs. It is the audit trail for your whole workspace, written server-side as each change happens. Owners and Admins can view it.
Each entry shows a plain-language summary (for example, "Changed Sam's role from editor to admin"), the member who made the change, the type of thing that changed, and the date and time.

Filter and search
The log loads 30 entries at a time, newest first. Three controls sit above the list:
- Search activity matches against the summary, the action, the type, the member's name, and the date.
- Filter by action and Filter by member are dropdowns built from the entries currently loaded, so every option matches at least one row.
- Load More fetches the next 30 entries.
Filters and search apply to the entries already loaded. If you are looking for something older, click Load More until it appears, or Clear filters to start again.
Export to CSV
- Set any filters or search terms you want to keep.
- Click Export CSV at the top of the card.
The download is named activity-logs-YYYY-MM-DD.csv and has five columns: Date (ISO 8601), Member, Action, Type, and Summary. It contains exactly the rows you can see, so load more entries first if you want a longer record. The button is disabled when nothing matches.
