Your public knowledge base shows a small "Powered by HelpBento" badge in its footer. You can remove it on a plan that includes white label; on every other plan the toggle is visible but locked.
Where the toggle is
The badge is controlled per knowledge base:
- Open the knowledge base whose footer you want to change.
- Go to its settings and choose Appearance.
- Scroll to the Footer card.
- Switch Show HelpBento branding off to hide the badge, or on to show it.
The change saves as soon as you flip the toggle. Each knowledge base has its own setting, so you can hide the badge on your customer-facing help center and leave it on elsewhere.
Which plans can hide it
Removing the badge is the White label feature, which is included on the Enterprise plan only.
