Before an article goes live, a second pair of eyes catches the missing step and the paragraph only its author understands. The assistant's Feedback tab is that second reader: it reviews the article against the areas you choose and returns a list of items you can dismiss or fix one by one. Opening the rail is covered in Generate an article or a new section with AI.
Request feedback
- Open the rail and choose the Feedback tab in the Assistant view.
- Under What feedback do you want?, tick one or more areas. Clarity & readability and Completeness (missing info) are ticked by default.
- Optionally name a Specific focus area (for example, "The introduction section").
- Leave Use company context on so the review considers your company's standards.
- Click the feedback button.
| Area | What the review looks for |
|---|---|
| Structure & organization | Headings, ordering, and flow |
| Completeness (missing info) | Steps, prerequisites, or outcomes left out |
| Clarity & readability | Unclear explanations and hard-to-read sentences |
| Technical accuracy | Claims that look wrong or inconsistent |
| Accessibility issues | Alt text, link text, and readability for assistive technology |
Review the items
Once feedback exists, the rail gains a second tab, also called Feedback, and opens it. A summary at the top counts the issues, warnings, and suggestions, and each item below shows its area, what the assistant found, and a Suggestion for addressing it.
For each item you can:
- Dismiss it, if it does not apply. It disappears from the list.
- Click Fix with AI to have the assistant address that item directly. The fix previews in the editor as a proposal; click Accept to keep it, Retry for another attempt, or Discard to leave the article as it was.
You can keep editing the article by hand while the list is open, then request feedback again for a fresh review.
Feedback and Fix with AI count towards your company's monthly AI allowance; see Turn on the AI assistant & set your company context.
