Partway through the import wizard, on the Categories step, you map each category from your source platform onto an existing HelpBento category or create a new one. Only categories that contain at least one selected article are listed, and a progress bar shows how many are mapped so far.
Map by hand
For each source category, either pick a target from Select a category... or click Create New and type a name. If you have no categories yet, the step tells you so; create one per source category, or let AI do it.
Auto-suggest with AI
Rather than mapping every category by hand, click Auto-suggest with AI to get a suggested match for each one. Every suggestion carries an AI suggested badge with a confidence percentage. Review and adjust before confirming rather than accepting every suggestion as-is; a low confidence score is a hint to check that row.
